Points to note:
- still arguing with MYOB to get access so I can cancel account and move fully to the new reporting program.
- members statements will be sent out by end July.
- seeing we are not utilising the petty cash, I would like to deposit that into the account for use, are all in favour
- now that we have a system that can do Purchase Orders again, can we please go back to sending orders through me. I will raise the PO and send to the company and have the invoice come back to me. Not only does it make the reporting easier, but it allows me to check the bank account and make sure we can pay for any orders being placed and we are not over extending the account.
