BUSINESS FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES:

Bear & Moonshine have been in contact with Fighterworld in hope to use their common room in the future. Waiting for a reply from  Fighterworld.

Memorial Grove at Civic park has been discussed and was approved by members of the meeting, Oompa also agreed. It was 2nd by Moonshine.

Members to still keep an eye out for a possibly trailer, min size wanted 7×4. Budget approx $500, club prepared to do some repairs on trailer if need be.

Wollombi Ride was a good ride by those whom attended.

Treasurer would of sent out invoices if you required to make any current payments to the club.

Oompa from my understanding advised members whom were up to date, if you received no email correspondence from Oompa please let her know.

NEW BUSINESS:

Hippie is currently at Warners Bay Private Hospital, RM 117  1st floor if anybody would like to visit her.

Moonshine is still speaking to Debra Shadlow from the WEA regarding the Suicide awareness training.

Further to the Memorial Grove Jimbo & Gedz will be the primary POC, Ester is the POC at the Newcastle City Council.

Both Gerry & Ester are happy for tge HV MBMMC suggestions and input for the Memorial Grove.

The evening of the 24 Apr 18, we will be supporting again at the Anzac Eve memorial at Civic Park.

Tonics will be the last member with a 3 month probation period, all new members from here on will be on a 6 month probation.

Future Club Rides, any members friends whom also ride are welcome to come along for a club ride.

TREASURER REPORT: advised funds are the same as last month.
